Your resume and profile are matched against official BLS wage & outlook data and O*NET skill profiles using deterministic keyword scoring — no AI models, 100% official U.S. government data — plus curated job boards worldwide.
Reading your resume and work history…
Build a pivot-ready, ATS-optimized resume from a structured form — generated by deterministic templates, never an AI model. Federal resume mode creates the longer, detail-rich format required by USAJobs and all federal agencies.
Select how you want to build — and whether you need a standard private-sector resume or a federal resume.
Add each position, most recent first. In Federal mode, hours per week, salary, and supervisor details are required by USAJobs.
Paste the job description, select your tone, and the template engine assembles a tailored letter from your plan data and the posting’s own keywords — no AI. For federal positions, select Technical or Professional tone — federal hiring managers respond to results-focused, duty-specific language.
The more specific the job description, the more of its exact language the letter can mirror.
Match the tone to the culture of your target employer.
Results-focused, business-forward. Best for corporate, management, sales roles.
Methodology-first, precision-driven. Best for engineering, IT, federal, and healthcare roles.
Mission-driven, knowledge-centered. Best for education, research, and non-profit roles.
Warm and versatile. Works across industries — ideal for career changers entering a new field.
Your complete career pivot materials in one ZIP file. Federal and veteran applicants receive an additional federal application checklist file.
A ZIP file is a compressed folder bundling multiple documents into one download — your career pivot materials in a single digital envelope.

For federal employees and veterans, note that the GS pay scale includes locality pay adjustments — your GS grade salary is higher in expensive cities like DC, NYC, and San Francisco.
Enter a cost-of-living index for each city from an official source (100 = U.S. average) — e.g. BEA Regional Price Parities or Numbeo. The calculator is fully deterministic — no third-party API, so it never breaks.
What does your new salary actually buy you in each city after adjusting for cost of living?
Whether you are a veteran transitioning to civilian life, active duty separating from service, a first responder seeking new opportunities, or a professional targeting a government career at the federal, state, or local level — this section is built for you. Empowering Your Future starts here.
Enter your MOS (Army), Rate (Navy), AFSC (Air Force/Space Force), MOS (Marines), or Rating (Coast Guard). The official O*NET military crosswalk translates your code into civilian job titles, transferable skills, and federal job series — government data, no AI.
