14. Auto-Billing Policy

By subscribing to our services, users agree to an automatic monthly billing cycle. The first month is offered at a discounted rate, followed by a renewal at the regular monthly price. Each user will have a 30-day countdown starting from the initial subscription date, and will receive an email or SMS notice 7 days before the next billing cycle at the regular rate. To avoid being charged, the subscription must be manually canceled at least 7 days before the renewal date. It is the user’s responsibility to monitor their subscription status and manage cancellations in advance to prevent unwanted charges.

15. Microphone Functionality in AI Chat Agent

By using the AI agent’s microphone feature on the Higher-Edu Pro platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Manual Activation Only

The microphone feature is completely user-controlled. It will not operate unless the user manually initiates it by clicking the microphone icon during a session.

No Passive Listening

The feature is not autonomous or always listening. It differs from services like Alexa or Google Assistant. Microphone access is strictly limited to the moment the user engages the button.

Permission Required

The feature requires prior permission from the user via system/device settings. You may revoke access at any time through your device’s privacy controls.

Limited Use and No Storage

Voice data is used solely to facilitate immediate voice-to-text processing for the purpose of interacting with the chatbot. No voice recordings are saved or transmitted beyond the current session.

Safe Use Notice

The microphone should only be used in safe environments. Users are responsible for ensuring that no sensitive, private, or personal information is spoken during recording.
